According to the operation conditions, motors are divided into ten different systems S1 ~ S10. For the motor of S1 working system (continuous working system), it is not suitable for frequent starting whether soft starting is adopted or not.
At the same time, frequent start-up will make the soft starter SCR overheat, and because there is no rest time, frequent start-up will lead to SCR breakdown, which makes the soft starter damaged.
The starting cycle of soft starter is limited, that is, how many times are allowed to start in how long time. And the soft starter is a short-term working system, can not run for a long time.
Moreover, frequent starting is not good for the motor, which will reduce the service life of the motor.
