After the inverter runs uninterruptedly for a long time, the high temperature generated inside has serious hidden dangers to the operation of the inverter, especially in summer. The limit operating temperature of the inverter inside the inverter is generally 125°C, and the temperature of the inverter module and IGBT of the inverter can sometimes reach 110°C, which is very dangerous to the operation of the inverter. Therefore, how to improve the operating environment of the inverter is an important issue that needs to be solved urgently. 

(1) By installing an axial flow fan in the inverter room and using the inverter operation relay to control the synchronous operation of the axial flow fan and the inverter, the indoor ventilation effect of the inverter can be accelerated and the ambient temperature can be reduced. 

(2) Install a high-power air conditioner in the inverter room to reduce the ambient temperature. 

(3) Strengthen system management. It is stipulated that after the inverter stops running, the internal heat dissipation fan runs for 10 rain before power-off and shutdown. After taking the above series of measures, it was observed that the IGBT temperature of the inverter module of the inverter was maintained at about 80°C, which greatly improved the reliability of the inverter operation.
