Newly installed inverter parameter adjustment
Follow the steps below


1. Check whether the voltage level of the main line is correct, the Japanese system is 3-phase AC220V, the single-phase AC110V level, the European system is 3-phase AC400V, and the single-phase 230V level


2. Check whether the wiring is correct, whether the main line circuit and the control circuit have serial lines. If there are serial lines, the control board must be burned when powered


3. Check whether the motor power at the output end is consistent with the voltage level


4. Disconnect the start command wiring circuit and power on


5. According to the user manual, enter the menu to set the following nameplate parameters


5.1, Motor voltage


5.2, Motor current


5.3, motor power factor


5.4, motor coil resistance


5.5, motor slip


5.6, motor speed


The above parameters are in no particular order. If there is a self-learning function, the effect will be better if you execute it.




6. Connect the main circuit, use the panel to set 5Hz, and use the jog command on the panel to jog to see if it is running normally, whether the mechanical connection is normal, and whether the machine is stuck.


7. Set the command interface


7.1, there are terminal control, communication control, mixed control respectively


7.2, the source of the speed control command, there are panel, AI terminal, communication


Check whether the levels of the above interfaces match, there are level commands and edge control respectively. 0-20ma,4-20ma,0-5v,0-10v


8. Some inverters have a small motor test function, and a small power motor can be used to test the machine


9. When put into use, start with low frequency and slowly adjust to the highest frequency


10. If there is an alarm, check the meaning of the alarm code and troubleshoot step by step
